We are seeking a qualified Secretary to join our office team and perform the following duties:
- Prepare, format, and edit documents, letters, and reports using Microsoft Word.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, data entry sheets, and basic formulas using Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up on daily office tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
- Organize and manage the schedule of appointments and meetings, and send timely reminders to management.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate workflow between different departments and ensure instructions are properly carried out.
- Prepare regular progress reports on tasks, appointments, and pending items for management.
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth running of the office.
