Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharm El Sheikh for a Revenue Manager. The Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize revenue, analyzing market trends and competitors, and forecasting demand. The role involves managing all revenue-related operations, ensuring revenue recognition processes are aligned with organizational goals, and creating financial reports to guide strategic decisions. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams is critical to achieving consistent revenue growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition processes Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making Experience in Finance and Accounting with a solid understanding of financial reporting Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in hospitality revenue management is a plus Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
