Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sheet Metal Fabrication Production Manager, located in Al Maḥallah al Kubrá. The role involves overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency in manufacturing processes, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing the use of resources to meet production deadlines and maintain productivity.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication techniques, machinery, and quality control processes Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and schedule management Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and manufacturing best practices Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions Relevant engineering or manufacturing background, with a Bachelor’s degree being preferred Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries is an advantage Excellent communication and organizational skills
