Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, including leading and supervising sales teams, monitoring market trends, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities include providing training for sales team members, analyzing sales data to enhance performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, track performance metrics, and create strategies to meet objectives. Proven Team Management and Training abilities to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and strengthen client relationships. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in the FMCG industry or a related field is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
