What You'll Achieve:
Cost Management and Monitoring Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking costs to ensure alignment with financial targets Support the monitoring of project expenditures to maintain cost efficiency Help in preparing regular cost reports for internal stakeholders Project Coordination and Financial Analysis Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors to collect accurate cost data Assist in analyzing cost variations and identifying potential deviations Support financial forecasting activities under the guidance of senior team members Risk Awareness and Cost Control Identify potential cost risks and escalate them to senior engineers Assist in implementing cost control measures to support project profitability Ensure compliance with ACC’s financial policies and procedures Stakeholder Communication and Documentation Maintain accurate cost control records and documentation Support communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on cost-related matters Ensure all documentation is properly maintained in line with ACC standards What You’ll Bring to ACC:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Basic understanding of cost control, budgeting, and construction processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of cost control tools is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
