Company: DEOC Cosmetics LLC Job summary:DEOC Cosmetics LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales supervisor specializing in cosmetics to manage and develop sales within major pharmacy chains and standalone pharmacies. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving product visibility, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s footprint within the pharmacy retail sector
Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Develop and expand relationships with pharmacy chains and individual pharmacies Open new accounts and increase product distribution Follow up on stock availability and ensure proper product display Negotiate offers, visibility, and shelf space with clients Conduct regular field visits and monitor market activities Track competitors’ products, prices, and promotions Submit regular sales reports and updates
Job Requirements3–6 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, or pharmacy sales Previous experience dealing with pharmacy chains is a must Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in the field and handle a sales territory Good reporting and organizational skills
Preferred Experience in dermo-cosmetics or pharmacy brands Existing network with pharmacy buyers is a plus Experience using CRM systems
