Job Title Sales Business Developer (Consulting & Outsourcing) Company SCO – Smouha for Consulting & Outsourcing Working Hours2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Egypt time) Job Summary SCO is looking for a proactive Sales Business Developer to generate and qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and close new business opportunities for our consulting and outsourcing services. This role requires excellent English communication (spoken and written) and strong confidence in client-facing interactions. Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients through outreach channels (Linked In, email, calls, referrals, databases). Generate qualified leads and book discovery meetings with decision-makers. Present SCO services clearly and professionally (consulting, outsourcing, dedicated resources, project-based support). Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing. Maintain and update CRM/lead tracker with accurate notes, stages, and next steps. Coordinate with delivery/operations to ensure proposals match scope and client needs. Follow up consistently and build long-term relationships for repeat business. Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings, pipeline value, and closed deals. Required Qualifications Excellent English (must be fluent in speaking and writing). Proven experience in sales/business development (B2B preferred). Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections. Confident communicator with professional email and proposal writing skills. Organized, disciplined, and able to work with targets and deadlines. Good computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office). CRM experience is a plus. (Nice to Have) Experience selling services (consulting, outsourcing, agencies, tech, B2B solutions). Experience with Linked In outreach and email sequences. Understanding of international client expectations
