Job Title: CFO Business Assistant / Senior FP&A Analyst Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt Job Type: Full-time | On-site Job Purpose We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented CFO Business Assistant to provide high-level financial and executive support to the Chief Financial Officer. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, feasibility studies, and executive presentations, while acting as a liaison between the CFO and internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong financial expertise, business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced executive environment while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Executive Dashboards Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management Consolidate financial data across departments Develop dashboards and performance reports Ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery Budgeting & Forecasting Coordinate the annual budget and rolling forecast process Follow up with departments to ensure timely submission of inputs Consolidate and validate financial data Perform variance analysis and financial reviews Financial Modelling & Analysis Develop financial models for strategic and operational decisions Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis Support pricing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis Feasibility & Investment Analysis Prepare financial feasibility studies for new investments and expansion projects Calculate IRR, NPV, ROI, and Payback Period Track post-investment performance versus approved business case Executive & Board Presentations Prepare CFO presentations for Board, Audit Committee, and Executive meetings Translate financial data into clear business insights and visuals Ensure accuracy and quality of executive materials CFO Office Support Manage CFO calendar, finance leadership meetings, and strategic reviews Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information Stakeholder Management Act as liaison between the CFO and internal departments Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and investors when required Support strategic finance initiatives Compliance, Policies & Standards Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Support audit activities and compliance reviews Follow company safety, quality, and environmental standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration5–7 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Treasury, or supporting CFO / Finance Director Experience working with senior management is preferred Required Skills Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Advanced Excel and Power Point ERP experience (SAP is required) Experience with BI / reporting tools is a plus High level of confidentiality Strong communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong business and commercial understanding Key Competencies Strategic thinking Problem solving Decision support Relationship management Proactive mindset Time management Accuracy and attention to detail Adaptability and flexibility Key Performance Indicators Timely issuance of financial reports Forecast accuracy Completion of variance analysis Stakeholder response time Executive reporting quality Calendar and meeting coordination accuracy Work Conditions Location: 10th of Ramadan City Working hours: 48 hours per week Reports to: CFO / Chairman
