Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and providing insights to facilitate decision-making. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, optimize operations, and align business strategies with organizational goals. Effective communication and problem-solving will be integral to achieving success in this role.

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights Proven expertise in Business Analysis and developing comprehensive reports Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams Experience in Business Process design and optimization Proficiency in defining and documenting detailed Business Requirements Proactive problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as BPMN, UML, or other business process modeling frameworks is a plus Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous
