Job Details

New Business & Revenue Growth

  • Own and deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets across retainers and project-based work.
  • Build a consistent pipeline through outbound, inbound qualification, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Identify high-fit prospects and verticals; create a focused outreach and meeting strategy.
  • Lead discovery meetings, define client needs, and translate them into solution packages and scopes.

Proposal, Pitching & Deal Closure

  • Lead proposal creation (SOW, timelines, deliverables, pricing) with internal teams.
  • Develop pitch decks and present integrated solutions across PR, content, paid, social, events, and tech.
  • Negotiate commercials and legal basics (MSA/SOW), ensuring profitability and clear expectations.
  • Forecast pipeline accurately and manage sales stages in CRM.

Account Growth & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identity potential clients, agencies & partners & Initiate calls for potential contacts & Negotiate mutual benefit deals
  • Suggest new business lines & services we can scale with current resources
  • Expand existing accounts with upsell/cross-sell into additional services (e.g., PR + production + always-on social + performance).
  • Build partnerships with complementary players (venues, production houses, platforms, influencers, tech vendors, Studios).
  • Represent the agency at events, industry meetups, and client meetings.

Market Intelligence & Offer Development

  • Track market trends, competitor offers, pricing benchmarks, and emerging client needs.
  • Work with leadership to shape scalable packages (retainers, bundles, launch kits, event + media kits).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on case studies, credentials decks, and sales enablement materials.

Internal Collaboration & Delivery Handover

  • Ensure strong handover from sales to account/delivery teams with clear goals, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Maintain client satisfaction during onboarding to support renewals and referrals.
  • Staying up to date on local & global industry and social media trends and best practices, viral content and emerging technologies related to performance marketing, affiliate & media, assuring we are always updated with industry trends and opportunities to deliver recommendations for us, clients and publishers we work with.
  • Perform market research and mapping activities to help understand our USPs and weak points as well as partnership opportunities and Supporting strategy team with market insights to add/improve services or market ourselves better
  • Developing quotes, presentations, reports and proposals for clients/partners in collaboration with other teams or solo
  • Participate in thought leadership content (blogs, reports, videos, webinars, etc.) when possible to enhance our trust and credibility in the market
  • Generate regular reports about performance of accounts or publishers managed or assist in reports needed by management team

Brands Relationship Management

  • Onboarding new clients and partners
  • Making Amends or reviewing contracts for clients or issuing invoices as well as following up on next actions.
