We are expanding our team and currently seeking a highly professional, ambitious, and driven International Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing organization.

The ideal candidate must be capable of managing international clients, delivering strong sales performance, building relationships and representing the company with exceptional professionalism on a global scale.

 

Position Overview

Department:  Sales & Business Development

Work Type:  Full-Time

Working Hours:  Timeframes may vary depending on business needs and operational schedules.

Communication Requirement:  WhatsApp must remain active at all times for real-time communication and coordination. A personal laptop and stable internet connection are required.

  • DEEJU POOLS is a premium brand offering commercial pool liners, anti-slip membranes, and full installation services.
  • DEEJU TEXTILES provides PVC vinyl's for fashion, bags, footwear, furniture, and automotive applications.
  • KANDIL is a known U.S. brand offering PVC automotive textiles and factory seconds to the aftermarket export sector.
  • We are actively building all three brands from Egypt to global markets.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential revenue streams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities and customer needs to drive informed strategic business decisions.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, commercial offers and price quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Represent the company in a polished, reliable, and professional manner in all client interactions.

 

  • Collaborate internally with logistics, operations, and finance teams to align client requirements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp, ensuring professional and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM documentation for informed decision-making.
