• Job Description Development: Work with hiring managers to create clear, accurate, and appealing job descriptions that accurately reflect the duties and physical requirements of blue-collar roles.

• Developing Talent Pools: Build and maintain a pipeline and network of qualified candidates for frequently filled or hard-to-fill positions, preparing for future staffing needs.
