Job Vacancy: Head of Sales / Sales Manager Event Company Name: Reload Agency & Production House
We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Sales to lead the sales team and drive business growth for Reload Agency & Production House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the client base, and achieving revenue targets.
Location: New Cairo, Cairo Egypt Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the agency and production house.• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and pitch presentations.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.• Manage negotiations and close high-value deals.• Coordinate with Creative, Production, and Event Management teams to ensure smooth project execution.• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within an advertising agency, •production house, or event management company.• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Fluency in English .
