  • Supervise daily construction activities and ensure proper execution for mechanical systems ( HVAC ,Firefighting & Plumbing ) according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Manage and allocate site resources , materials and manpower effectively as well as ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with technical office team, Arch/Elec/Structure site teams, subcontractors and other departments to ensure smooth work progress.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for the site activities and submit them to MEP Project Management
  • Support project handover by ensuring  punch lists, as-built drawings and other close out documentations are completed.
  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare materials requisitions based on approved drawings and BOQs
