A leading construction company is hiring a HR Manager


 

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee development.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs and payroll processes.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote the company’s values and culture.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform management decisions.

Minimum of 10 year of experience in a human resources management Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proven organizational and time management skills.Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office-based environment.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.High level of integrity and professionalism.
