We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Team Leader to guide and support our travel consultants at Nirvana Travel & Tourism. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, and supporting the team in delivering a seamless travel experience to our clients. You will also handle complex travel arrangements, provide escalation support, and assist in maintaining high team performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the travel consultant team in daily operations, ensuring consistent service quality.
- Oversee flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and leisure travel arrangements in compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
- Guide the team in offering clients alternative travel solutions, competitive pricing, and accurate quotations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill complex or group travel requests.
- Assist team members in issuing travel insurance, managing refunds, and handling escalated customer issues.
- Monitor and ensure timely communication with clients regarding flight changes, delays, or cancellations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, vendors, and key clients.
- Review and compile daily sales and operations reports submitted by the team.
- Ensure team members follow up promptly on approvals, payments, and document collection.
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities and service delivery.
