Student Affairs Manager - Elsalam University

  • Full supervision of the admission and registration processes for new and transferred students in accordance with coordination requirements and approved university regulations.
  • Monitoring the medical examination procedures for new students and ensuring that they complete all requirements. 
  • Organizing the payment of tuition and fees and ensuring that students adhere to specified deadlines.
  • Supervising the preparation and distribution of university ID cards and official enrollment certificates, as well as academic status records.
  • Handling military service deferment procedures for male students and supervising the organization of military education courses.
  • Assisting and coordinating with academic departments in preparing and announcing class schedules and exam timetables (practical and theoretical).
  • Organizing and following up on examination control operations and supervising the conduct of university exams (announcement of exam schedules, distribution of committees, invigilators, and students, and announcing results after approval by higher authorities).
  • Following up and implementing procedures for transfers and enrollment changes between colleges or universities in accordance with the regulations of the Supreme Council of Universities.
  • Ensuring the accurate and effective implementation of university regulations and decisions issued by the Supreme Council of Universities related to education and student affairs.
  • Reviewing student grievances and complaints (related to administrative and academic matters) and presenting them to the Dean of Student Affairs.
  • Following up on procedures related to student dismissal, deferment, and enrollment of academically delayed students in coordination with the Dean of Student Affairs.
  • Managing and organizing student records (both paper and electronic) and ensuring they are updated and securely maintained (typically via the Student Information System – SIS).
  • Preparing periodic reports and detailed statistics on student numbers, academic status, and transfer activity, and submitting them to the Dean of Student Affairs.
  • Supervising the issuance of graduation documents and clearance procedures for graduates in coordination with the Alumni Affairs Office.
  • Leading the team and setting annual plans as well as monthly and daily tasks for Student Affairs staff.
