Executive (HR) - Personnel


1. Create and update employee personnel files (physical and digital).
2. Prepare employment contracts, renewal documents, and ensure proper signatures.
3. Manage social insurance processes (registration, termination, amendments).
4. Handle communications with the Labor Office and Social Insurance Authority.
5. Provide monthly attendance data to the Payroll team, including delays, absences, overtime, and deductions.
6. Assist with basic disciplinary procedures and prepare simple investigation reports.
7. Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance, leaves, and social insurance.
8. Monitor daily attendance and ensure the accuracy of attendance logs.
9. Manage the full medical insurance lifecycle, including adding new employees and removing leavers from the insurance system.
10. Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance.
