Oversee and coordinate all export and import logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Manage documentation and compliance for international shipments, including customs clearance, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to optimize transportation routes and minimize delays.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers to achieve cost savings and service excellence.
Track and report on shipment status, proactively resolving any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to all relevant international trade regulations, including Incoterms, export controls, and import/export laws.
