- Utilize the 9-Grid Talent Matrix for employee assessment, development, and succession planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on performance management tools and practices.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to foster a performance-driven culture.
