Silk Links (Logistics & Distribution) – a sister company of Arma Group, proudly operating under the umbrella of HSA Group – is looking for a Supply Chain Control Tower Led to join our growing team.
Job Summary
The SC OPS Control Tower Lead, you will be the central nervous system of our B2B logistics network. You will monitor and direct the real-time flow of goods from our partner manufacturers and brands to our network of micro-fulfillment centers (MFCs) and ultimately to the thousands of retail shops we serve. Your mission is to leverage data and technology to ensure our promise of same-day or next-day delivery is met with unparalleled efficiency and accuracy. You will be instrumental in making our mobile ordering platform a seamless, reliable experience for every retailer in our ecosystem.
Essential Responsibilities:
● Real-Time Network Monitoring: Actively oversee the entire supply chain through our control tower dashboard. Track inbound shipments from suppliers, monitor inventory levels at each MFC, and manage outbound delivery fleets in real-time.
● Order Fulfillment Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for exceptions and issue resolution. Proactively identify potential delays (e.g., supplier shortages, traffic, vehicle issues) and coordinate with MFC staff and delivery teams to implement immediate solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to retailers. ● Performance Analysis & Reporting: Continuously analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Order-to-Delivery Time, MFC Stock Accuracy, On-Time Delivery Rate, and Cost-Per-Order. Generate daily and weekly reports to identify trends, pinpoint bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
● Inventory Flow Management: Monitor inventory velocity across the network to ensure optimal stock levels at each MFC. Coordinate with the procurement team to manage replenishment schedules based on real-time sales data from the mobile app, preventing stockouts of high-demand products.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central communication hub between suppliers, MFC managers, the technology team, and sales/customer service. Ensure all stakeholders have the necessary information to maintain a smooth and synchronized operation.
● Technology Optimization: Provide feedback and suggestions to the technology team for improving the functionality of the control tower software, driver app, and MFC inventory systems based on your operational experience.
