Senior Corporate Sales Executive (Travel/Tourism Sector)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the corporate sector and managing key accounts to ensure sustainable revenue growth. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the demanding travel agency/tourism industry

Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts, specializing in their business travel and MICE requirements.

Account Management: Maintain and grow strong, long-lasting relationships with existing corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all service needs.

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive corporate sales strategies to achieve and exceed challenging sales targets and revenue goals.

Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate corporate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate travel needs to identify new market opportunities.


Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven, direct experience in Corporate Sales (B2B).Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience within the Tourism/Travel Agency industry is required, demonstrating a deep understanding of corporate travel products (flights, hotels, transfers, MICE).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
