Assistant Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Visibility & Trade Marketing: Collaborate with sales to execute POSM strategies and in-store promotions.
Digital Marketing & Media Buying: Assist in digital campaigns, media planning, and optimizing ad performance.
PR & Communications: Support PR initiatives, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, agencies, and internal teams to align on brand goals and deliver results.
Market Research: Track consumer trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
 


Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.Experience: 2–5 years in FMCG brand management.Skills:Strong digital marketing knowledge.Experience with POSMs and in-store promotions.Excellent communication and project management skills.Analytical mindset and ability to track performance.
