- Develop OD Strategies to support organizational transformation and growth.
 - Identify learning and development needs across departments.
 - Design and deliver succession planning programs.
 - Support Continuous improvement of performance management systems.
 - Plan and execute employee engagement surveys and action plans.
 - Track and analyze OD metrics and kPIs.
 - Evaluate effectiveness of OD and Training programs.
 - Organize Onboarding orientation for all new staff.
 - Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs.
 - Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
 
 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration or a related field.At least one year of experience in organizational development and learning and development.Strong knowledge of OD and L&D principles , talent management and organizational behavior.strong project management and communication skills.
