- Secure daily transport capacity to move finished goods efficiently from the factory to warehouses, aligned with production and sales plans.
- Coordinate with Planning and production teams to match transportation schedules with business priorities.
- Monitor warehouse storage capacities and allocate shipments to optimal locations based on space and stock rotation.
- Create and manage internal shipment orders on the system for all internal transport (trailers).
- Oversee trailer loading operations to ensure continuous flow and prevent production downtime.
- Track and verify all deliveries, matching system records with physical shipments, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Follow up on delays or transport issues, take corrective actions, and escalate when necessary.
- Conduct monthly shipment closing, verifying executed trips, costs, and reconciling with Finance and transport partners.
- Lead and guide the First Mile team, fostering efficiency, accountability, and a safety-first culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.5-7 years’ experience in logistics or distribution (FMCG preferred).Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Good command of ERP systems and MS Excel.Willing to work on-site at Wadi El Natroun.
