  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and network equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware replacements.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Respond to client requests and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Test and validate system functionality to ensure optimal performance
  • Install and configure new hardware and software systems according to client requirements.
  • Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain technical solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Document all interactions and service requests.
  • Provide remote technical support to clients using remote desktop tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve remote system issues.
