About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial records. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive financial excellence in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Reporting
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports, reconciliations, and closing processes.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor budget performance and prepare variance analyses with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Audit & Compliance
  • Manage both internal and external audit processes, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve accounting procedures and systems.
• Team Leadership & Development
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Systems & Process Improvement
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Streamline accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Tax & Regulatory Affairs
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax filings, ensuring compliance with all local tax laws and deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure their proper implementation.
