* Lead end-to-end project management across manufacturing units
* Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
* Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (master’s preferred)* + 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing or industrial sectors* Strong leadership and team management capabilities* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills* PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
