- - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance
- Administer HRIS & payroll sPrepare monthly payroll & issue pay-slips. - Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions, or compensation.
- Finalize all governmental related forms (Form 1, Form 2, and Form 6) and work permits.
- Handel all the contracts process from issuance till renewal.
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up on the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
- Reviewing, developing, and implementing compensation plans (incentive system, annual raises, and bonus system)
- Administer all employee's relation (HR letter, experience letter, payment request, …)
- Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for top management.
- Assist in creating grading system & salary structure.
- Recording and maintaining the attendance and leaves of the company’s employees
- Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees' commitment regarding the policies.
- Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.
- Good Knowledge of social insurance & taxesystems (SAP, Oracle, ADP)
- Maintain accurate personnel records
- Handle government audits and inspections
- Drive process improvement & automation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or Business Administration- Minimum 5 years of payroll management experience for 1,000+ employees- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, ADP & Advanced Excel- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, tax codes, and social insurance- Track record of 99.9% payroll accuracy⭐ Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in multinational corporations- Familiarity with time-tracking systems & HR analytics tools- Background in automation (RPA, AI tools)
