As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance through online communication. Your main goal is to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering accurate information in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer questions and concerns via online chat or calls.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company guidelines and protocols to maintain quality service standards.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced online environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat or CRM systems.
Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
