- Design, develop, and maintain structured training materials for the company's services and operational standards.
- Review existing training programs and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and learning.
- Conduct and facilitate training sessions (both technical and non-technical) for new and current employees.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure training content is accurate and meets organizational needs.
- Identify training opportunities related to business requirements or industry developments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
- Prepare and implement the training budget.
- Stay updated with new training methods and technologies
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field. Skills:Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.Strong content delivery and facilitation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.High-level English proficiency (C1 or above).Basic technical knowledge of computer science and IT concepts. Preferred: A professional certification in Training or Learning & Development is preferred.
