Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the educational market.

Identify new business opportunities.

Manage the full sales cycle 

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

Maintain strong relationships with clients

Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.


Bachelor’s degree in  related field.Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, strongly preferred  in education or e-learning.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
