  • Manage internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, email campaigns).
  • Promote organizational values and contribute to building a positive workplace culture. 
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and coordinate employee activities, team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Monitor the impact of engagement activities through feedback, surveys, and participation rates.
  • Facilitate employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Act on employee feedback to enhance engagement and workplace satisfaction.
  • Support creating and delivering training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify learning gaps and recommend training solutions for performance challenges.
  • Measure learning outcomes and engagement and provide improvement insights.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.Knowledge of learning and development practices and tools is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
