Job Purpose

To ensure that the enterprise services & solutions are initially delivered to customer matched with the contracted value and service level agreements.

Report To Position Name

·       Reviewing customer’s connection performance just after activation and escalate to the concerned teams if the performance level doesn’t match predefined standards, and follow up is required till the resolution of the issue.

·       Handle the acceptance tickets queue to open, escalate & close them

To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned
