Warehouse Supervisor
● Lead and inspire a team of Warehouse Supervisors across 4 regions, fostering a
culture of collaboration and excellence.
● Plan for future capacity constraints and requirements.
● Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in warehouse
performance.
● Review and prepare workflows and action plans that meet company standards for
productivity, quality, and safety standards
● Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing
standards and procedures and by complying with regulations
● Ensure Good warehousing practices are followed in all branches.
● Ensure fulfilling loading requirements for all sales channels on time.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Proven experience in FMCG Warehouse management.
Organizational Strong leadership, and problem-solving skills
