Job Overview:
DUXCORP is seeking two results-driven District Managers to oversee the promotion and sales of our cosmeceutical products via our Medical Representative teams. The role involves managing a sales team to expand relationships with dermatologists, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals in Alexandria (including Beheira, and Matrouh regions) . You will drive sales growth, ensure product visibility, and maintain high standards of customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Sales Teams:
Develop and implement strategic plans to promote DUXCORP products to dermatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals for implementation across the regions via the sales teams,
Develop members of the sales team to provide a fertile talent pool for future opportunities in various roles across the organization. Provide training and support to sales representatives and ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats. Allocate sales strategies and tactics based on market insights and company objectives.
Team Coordination and Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of district strategies with overall company goals.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to the Regional Director.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to share insights, challenges, and achievements.
Customer Service and Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients to maintain positive relationships.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure adherence to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Conduct regular compliance checks and audits as required.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical industry.Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including dermatology and pharmacy.Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to travel frequently within the district.
