Easy Landscape Services Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals.
  • Arrange virtual meetings and coordinate with external suppliers.
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence.
  • Perform administrative tasks using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Skills

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email communication.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing social media accounts.
  • Strong internet connection and flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Background in design is a plus.
