As the sole HR Generalist at Yama Engineering Systems, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to a small team environment.
• Managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Building strong relationships with employees and fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Providing HR advisory services to management on various HR matters.
• Managing payroll and benefits administration, potentially with the support of external providers.
• Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Analyzing HR data and providing insights to inform decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in a small to medium-sized organization.• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a very good command of the English language.• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
