  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of training programs.
  • Ensure that training resources, facilities, and materials are available and prepared.
  • Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to deliver effective training sessions.

  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the operational team and oversee tasks related to training courses.
  • Evaluate the performance of training courses, ensuring alignment with objectives and quality standards.
  • Implement control and review procedures to ensure the required quality system.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the entire training process and training Programs

Requirements:Proven experience in training coordination  in training company or related roles, with at least 6 Month Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Excellent Reporting Writing Skills.
