- Manage OA activities i.e. ensure Price matching GCT price & agreed affiliate charges.
- Manage all the GPPTL activities with vendors and ensure GPPTL is updated promptly.
- Update the Vendors with the seasonal GAPPG whenever necessary.
- Help & assist vendor with PLM access and/ or missing data.
- Responsible for Sales Reports and stock takes
- Interact with the Quality & Finishing team at the vendor/ Product level to ensure existing challenges are sorted out.
- Manage both vendor work-in-progress and product testing requirements.
- Manage PO planning & shipment tools i.e. SNC, CART.
- Manage & agree with the vendors on time & action for the GPPTL activities.
- Follow up with the vendor to ensure successful and smooth direct shipment post-implementation.
- Follow up with vendors on GSAR (SECONDS) update
- Settle VCOM within SSM's responsibility.
- Manage all the shipment plans and risks and ensure both management & planning are aware of existing & expected risks.
- Review & Monitor vendor HOD performance to ensure the LS&Co assigned target is well met.
