Job Summary:
The mission of the occupant of this position is to constantly communicate with customers, promote the company's products to customers in his sales area, and constantly search for new customers.
Job duties:
1. Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
2. Know all the information related to the products and provide a comprehensive explanation about them to customers.
3. Obtaining purchase orders from customers.
4. Ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and services provided.
5. Constant communication with the customer, good dealings, and presenting the product in the best ways.
6. Covering all customers throughout the geographical area in which the representative works.
7. Collecting the company’s dues and following up on customers’ debts without delay.
8. Providing regular reports on competition in the market in terms of prices, offers, new products, advertising, or if some customers stop dealing with the company’s products.
9- Other tasks assigned to him by his management or executive management related to his field of work.
