Salaries:
- Prepare monthly employees’ attendance report, monthly salary notes report like: Vacations, Over Time, incentives, penalties, loans, mobile bills, etc.
- Prepare Monthly payroll sheet.
- Prepare employees, HR leaders.
Personnel:
- Responsible for all hiring documents of new hires and updating the data sheet accordingly.
- Prepare the attendance, missions, and fingerprint procedures.
- Monitor leaves balances and communicate leaves details to department heads
- Supervise the hiring probation and end of service procedures and ensure they are as per labor law.
- Monitor the completion of employee’s folders as per required legal procedures.
- Ensure that the process of filling is updated, reviewing and submitting new employees’ social insurance enrolment form to social insurance office.
- Supervise the issuance of medical care cards to new hires.
- Supervise the cases of absence from work and notify the HR manager with after sending legal warnings.
- Monitor the end of service, resignation and clearance letter processes.
- Bachelor’s degree of Relevant Field. Age: up to 33- 3+ years of relevant experience in personnel management (with solid experience in dealing with social insurance offices, and employee investigations). - HR diploma or certificate is a plus.- SAP User is preferred. - Very good command of the English language.- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is a must. #Job_Location: 5th Settlement and Plant
