QC and Food Safety Section Head ( FMCG ONLY)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC & Food Safety Section Head to lead our QC and Food Safety team and responsible for ensuring the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the Hub & Central Kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality control processes, implementing Food safety and Hygiene programs, and maintaining compliance with food retail and catering regulations.

 

  1. Quality Control Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of the quality control department, including raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, and finished product evaluation.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
    • Lead, train, and mentor a team of operation, fostering a culture of Food Safety and Hygiene.
    • Responsible for food safety management system preparation, implementation and follow up.
    • Responsible for cleaning & Sanitation programs preparation with other departments.
    • Responsible of monitoring pest control program with external service provider.
    • Responsible for training of food safety & Hygiene for all levels in HUB.
    • Responsible for policies & procedure of the GMP, GHP and other hygiene policies.
    • Participate in the new product developments from the perspective of food safety requirements.
    • Responsible for internal & external food safety audits coordination & results.
    • Responsible for NFSA requirements implementation with the corporate team.
  2. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant operation regulations, standards, and certifications, including HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO22000/FSSC, and other applicable guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in QC, Food Safety, and Hygiene in food manufacturing, Food retail, and Catering Strong knowledge of Food retail, Catering, dairy products, quality control methodologies, and regulatory requirements.Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a quality control team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Lead auditor/ internal auditor Certificate in Quality, Food Safety Management System such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSSC
