We need Hr Admin Supervisor with below mentioned Job responsibilities-
Recruitment process-
- Familiar with Documentation of recruitment for all countries (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Nepal, Egypt).
- PrepareE-Wakala by Ejazit
- Generate Employee agreement, Demand Letter&Power of Attorney by eMigrate system.
Administration Process-
- Arrange ticket and Accommodation, SIM card and control all SIM bySTC website.
- Prepare joining as per company policy and sent to him Medical for issuing IQAMA.
- Prepare Work Permit (Rukhsa Amal ) by Makhtab Amal site .
- Addition, Deletion, Generate GOSI certificate by GOSI site.
- Responsible for IQAMA renewal, Exit Reentry, Final exit by Muqeem.
- Responsible for Addition and deletion in insurance policy.
- Responsible for annual leave, emergency leave for all employee and Prepare EOSB.
- Coordinate with Bank for Opening account and ATM Problem.
Payroll Process-
- Collect the all timesheet from Project with Excel sheet counted days and over time by site Administrator and signed PM.
- Review timesheet and matched by Excel sheet.
- Prepare all salary in ERP and prepare the Excel sheet, compare with GOSI sheet.
Salary Basic-3500-4000 Sar
