إجراء زيارات منتظمة للموردين وتنفيذ عمليات تدقيق شاملة للموردين لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
إعداد وإبلاغ تقارير أداء الموردين الشهرية للموردين وإدارات/وحدات أعمال GB ذات الصلة، وطلب خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الضرورة.
توجيه ودعم الموردين في استخدام عمليات الإجراءات التصحيحية وأدوات وتقنيات الجودة لدفع التحسين المستمر.
التحقيق في مشكلات الجودة الخارجية المتعلقة بالأجزاء المشتراة من الموردين المحليين وتحليلها والتنسيق للوصول إلى الحلول المناسبة.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير تفصيلية عن أنشطة ضمان جودة الموردين بشكل يومي وأسبوعي وشهري وسنوي.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال تقني ذات صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في ضمان جودة الموردين، أو تدقيق الموردين، أو دور مشابه في قطاعي التصنيع أو السيارات.
خبرة في العمل مع الموردين المحليين وإدارة برامج تحسين جودة الموردين.
Conduct regular visits to suppliers and perform comprehensive Supplier Audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare and communicate monthly supplier performance reports to suppliers and relevant GB departments/business units, and request corrective action plans when necessary.
Guide and support suppliers in the use of corrective action processes, quality tools, and techniques to drive continuous improvement.
Investigate and analyze external quality issues related to purchased parts from local suppliers and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on Supplier Quality Assurance activities on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, supplier auditing, or a related role in manufacturing or automotive sectors.
Experience working with local suppliers and managing supplier quality improvement programs.
