Need for 2 Storekeepers: 1 Finished Goods Storekeeper, 1 Raw Materials Storekeeper. Finished Goods Storekeeper: Receiving raw materials and reviewing quantities and specifications according to receiving slips. Storing and arranging raw materials in a suitable manner while protecting them from damage. Issuing raw materials to production according to issuance slips and operational needs. Monitoring raw material balances, conducting periodic inventory counts, and matching physical quantities with the system. Recording the movement of incoming and outgoing raw materials and preparing inventory reports. Raw Materials Storekeeper: Receiving finished products from production and reviewing quantities and items. Arranging and storing products according to the storage system and shelf life. Issuing and delivering products for sales and shipping orders according to approved documents. Monitoring product balances, conducting periodic inventory counts, and matching physical balances with the system. Preparing products for shipping, tracking incoming and outgoing movements, and ensuring product safety during storage.
