The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for operating various manufacturing equipment and ensuring the smooth running of production lines. Key responsibilities include setting up and operating machinery, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting minor issues. The operator will also be involved in material handling, cleaning of equipment and work areas, and maintaining accurate production records. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. The operator will work closely with the production team to achieve daily targets and ensure compliance with all operational procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Duties will also include participating in continuous improvement initiatives and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed. Line clearance activities and adherence to HSE guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), are critical. The role demands a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred. A commitment to GMP standards and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes are essential.
