Role Description The Senior Architectural Engineer will lead the design, planning, and implementation of complex construction and infrastructure projects that support Cyber Shield’s secure IT facilities and operational environments. This full-time, on-site role based in El shiekh zayed city involves developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinating with civil engineering and construction teams to ensure projects meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards. The Senior Architectural Engineer will oversee project timelines and budgets, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate physical infrastructure with technical and security requirements. Daily responsibilities include reviewing design proposals, monitoring construction progress, resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement in design quality and project delivery.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including concept development, detailed design, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards. Candidates should possess Civil Engineering and Construction skills to ensure structural integrity, compliance, and practical implementation of designs. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, construction, and IT/security teams. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are beneficial. Proven experience in leading medium to large-scale infrastructure or building projects, ideally within technology, industrial, or secure facilities environments. Proficiency in architectural and engineering design tools (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, BIM software) and strong technical documentation skills. Working knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards, and sustainability principles; experience in secure or mission-critical facilities is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under time and resource constraints.
