Company Description MICA Academy is a Secondary Technological School affiliated with the Productivity and Vocational Training Department (PVTD), located in Giza. We provide industry-focused education for students aged 15–18, preparing them for careers in technology through hands-on training in Programming, Networking, Database Systems, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and IT Infrastructure. Role Description The Embedded Systems & AI Instructor will deliver in-person training sessions, lectures, and lab activities on embedded systems, microcontrollers, and applied artificial intelligence at MICA Academy’s campus in Al Jizah, Egypt. This full-time on-site role involves designing and updating course materials, creating practical projects, preparing assessments, and providing clear explanations of complex technical concepts. The instructor will guide learners through hands-on exercises, troubleshoot issues, and offer individual support to help them master both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The role includes collaborating with other instructors to align curricula, participating in program improvement initiatives, and ensuring training outcomes meet academic and industry standards. The instructor may also contribute to workshops, bootcamps, and outreach activities that promote the academy’s programs and support learner success. Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Communication Engineering, or a related field.* Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python.* Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).* Good knowledge of Computer Architecture and Electronics Fundamentals.* Hands-on experience with Arduino and embedded systems development.* Knowledge of Python libraries including: * Num Py * Pandas * Matplotlib * Scikit-learn (sklearn)* Experience in Computer Vision using Open CV.* Ability to develop technical training materials, labs, and course content.* Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Ability to design hands-on lab projects, manage classroom dynamics, and support diverse learners in an inclusive, non-discriminatory environment is expected.
