About the Role We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Short-Form Content Creator & Designer to lead our high-volume visual and motion asset production. If you still design frame-by-frame or lay out carousels one slide at a time, this role is not for you. We need a modern visual creator who leverages generative AI, automation tools, and smart template workflows to produce massive volumes of high-end social content in record time. You will build and scale visual assets for Instagram and Tik Tok—from educational carousels to animated Reel overlays—without sacrificing enterprise-level quality. Key Responsibilities AI-Driven Batch Production: Utilize generative AI image, text, and video tools to rapidly design multi-slide educational carousels, infographics, and product showcases in batches. Short-Form Video Asset System: Generate engaging Reel/Tik Tok cover templates, animated text overlays, lower-thirds, and visual hooks using automated motion tools. Story & Interactive Layouts: Build reusable, high-converting Instagram Story systems and interactive layouts engineered for audience engagement. Workflow Automation: Continuously test and integrate cutting-edge AI software to automate layout formatting, background generation, visual variation, and asset rendering. Brand Consistency: Ensure all AI-generated outputs strictly match corporate brand identity, high-end typography, and modern aesthetics for GCC corporate and consumer audiences. Required Skills & Qualifications AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Midjourney, Flux, Canva Magic Studio, Runway, Pika, Cap Cut AI, Photoshop Firefly, or Comfy UI/Typeframe setups. Social-First Design Instincts: Deep understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok visual trends, carousel retention tactics, readable mobile typography, and high-converting visual hooks. Batch Content Execution: Proven ability to output large batches of creative assets without running into quality control issues or brand drift. Speed & Agility: Comfortable moving fast, prompt-engineering visual assets, and setting up automated design templates rather than building static assets from scratch. Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio showing modern social media carousels, video overlays, and a clear demonstration of your AI-assisted creative workflow.
